​​When you leave your cat in someone else's care, you want more than someone to pop in, fill a bowl and empty the litter tray. You want someone who genuinely understands cats and is committed to their wellbeing.

With 17 years of experience caring for cats from around 15 regular client households, I've looked after kittens, senior cats, cats with medical conditions, and those requiring medication and extra support. Every cat is different, and I tailor my care to their individual personality and needs.

Care Without Watching the Clock

Unlike many cat sitters, I charge per visit, not by the hour. I don't limit my visits to a set amount of time because your cat's needs come first.

I also care for only one client's cat at a time, so my attention is never divided.  Whether your cat wants to play, needs medication, enjoys company, or simply feels reassured by someone quietly being there, I stay for as long as they're comfortable and need me.

My qualifications include:

• Small Animal Therapy

These allow me to recognise subtle signs of pain, fear, anxiety and illness that others may overlook.  Over the years, I've identified problems such as dermatitis and injuries, enabling owners to seek treatment sooner.

For nervous or shy cats, I never force interaction.  I let them come to me in their own time, using patience, understanding and my knowledge of feline behaviour to earn their trust.

Keeping You Reassured

After every visit, I'll send you photos and videos so you can see exactly how your cat is doing. Many of my clients tell me these updates give them complete peace of mind while they're away.

As well as caring for your cat, I'm happy to bring in post, water plants, adjust blinds, or help with other small household tasks if needed.

If something unexpected happens, I don't simply leave when my visit is due to end. On one occasion, a client's cat went missing during my visit. I stayed and searched until they returned home safely because I wasn't prepared to leave until I knew they were safe.

My aim isn't simply to feed your cat.  It's to care for them, understand them, earn their trust, and become a familiar friend while you're away.
